Great service during the whole process. Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. The pick up and delivery employees were also very good.

I was amazed with ABF and their U-Pack service. The pod arrived on time, was easily packed, picked up when requested and delivered 1,400 miles away within days. Everyone with the company was great. I would definitely use them again!

Just a new way for us to move, we have used UHaul before and would have this time but we spotted aUPack ad on the back of a semi trailor while visiting Tennessee. We gave them a call super courteous, and great service. We read all the reviews good and bad. Our experience was top rated

Truly stellar customer service from U-Pack from beginning to end. I moved over 600 miles, and they answered all of my questions, provided a great rate, and were imminently flexible.

The real standouts though were the drivers. Especially Chris (?), a driver trainer who picked up my loaded trailer after packing. The guys who packed it weren't the greatest, and when Chris saw what they'd done, he went above and beyond to protect my items, even to the point of re-arranging some so they wouldn't get damaged AND using an extra load-lock, just in case.

U-Pack is amazing!! For any long distance move, it?s the BEST! They do the driving and really honor their schedule for drop off and pick up. We had no damage, unlike friends who had extensive damage with moving companies that charge eight times the price. Highly recommend U-Pack!!!

Over the course of 12 1/2 years we've had opportunity to make use of ABF services twice & in neither case were we not satisfied. In fact, I would say that ABF went above & beyond both times. I think all businesses should model their operations based of that of ABF, & they will have a very successful company. First & in both instances, (our first move from Arcadia FL to Greensboro NC & then 12 1/2 years later, we moved from Greensboro NC to Ft Gratiot MI) The trailers arrived within an hour of the arrival promise time. After we filled them, we called for pickup & then called when we needed to off loaded them. I cannot say too many too good things about them. In short, they delivered what they said & said what then the delivered. To say we were pleased would be at understatement. This whole process began on or about the 2ed of January 2018 & the agent kept me in the loop throughout. I have misplaced his name though.

We love UPack! They made our move from the Mississippi Gulf Coast to central Arkansas very easy. We moved our things in a trailer and had plenty of time to load and unload, didnt have to worry about transporting it ourselves, and not one single thing was broken during transit. Highly recommend!

This was the second time I have used UPACK and their Relocube. Best way to go! I was moving from Woodbridge, VA to Boise, ID and the Relocube beat me to Idaho by 3 hours. They gave me a 6-8 days time frame and the Cube got there in 4 days. The truck drivers on both sides of the trip were friendly, professional and put the Cube right where I needed it. Thanks ABF and UPack!

My sister used them when she moved and had nothing but good things to say. So when I moved they were the ones I called. I was not disappointed at all. Excellent customer service and excellent drivers. I will recommend them to anyone planning to move.

everything went as promised with upack..................we moved from california to arizona....................absolutely no problems................it could have been a total disaster on so many levels............it was not................... all persons involved very professional....youtube films answered many questions............i would highly recommend it

Great service from Portland Maine terminal, as a former employee of ABF, recommended the service but this was my first time actually using it, went great, trlr arr on time and I had no damage, thanks for the extra load bars to support the bulkhead as one of the bars did not lock, delivering terminal folks were also great. Thank you.

U-Pack made the whole across the country experience easy, from the delivery of the pods at my old house to the pick up of the empty pods at the new. Awesome way to move and save money. It was less money to ship through U-Pack than it was to rent a 20 ft truck and drive it myself. A lot less stress. Check them out next time you move!
