Great service. The moving units were delivered when promised, picked up when promised and delivered to my new address in Canada when promised. Not one item was broken! It was all very hassle free. I highly recommend that you do hire professional movers that U-Pack lists. They know how to pack the containers in such a way to maximize capacity and ensure everything is well secured.

This is our third move with U-Pack and I highly recommend them. Every person you speak with is courteous and professional. They are very motivated to help you get your belongings where they need to be with as little stress as possible.

Moved from the San Juan Islands of Washington to the Poconos of PA. U-Pack themselves were outstanding to work with. No issues at all; prompt, helpful. The 'local' provider on the WA end struggled with confirming timing details [partially due to our Island location {requiring public ferry service} and their apparent internal communication, as well as an equipment breakdown] which caused problems on our end-- like trailer #1 was picked up earlier than scheduled, not 100% completed [ the ramp!]. Needed to access again to complete, as well as had about 15 minutes to complete trailer #2. The local provider on the PA end [Allentown based] could not possibly have been more accommodating or try harder to assist and serve. All in all, early challenges aside, an excellent experience... and recommended.

Customer Review: In SHORT- the company was late dropping off trailer, was late picking it up, thus I had to wait another WEEK because of scheduling to receive my items, just to open the truck and see that everything was slung about and nearly EVERY piece of furniture scratched. I filed a claim which was denied based on the fact that: 'Because the truck was not involved in an accident, overturned etc'- they weren't liable. Reckless driving isnt enough. They tried their 'get out of jail free' card by saying it was my packers fault. NOPE- I supervised the packing of my things, and short of a hurricane, that stuff wasnt moving and was thoroughly covered with blankets and bubble wrap. There is no way in hell any of the drivers who drove my things drove 'normally' with the amount of damage that was done. I have moved over 10 times MYSELF using Uhaul and have NEVER had damage to my things. I took a risk using a company because I am pregnant and could not lift/move things or drive that far myself this time, and regret it 100%!! Do NOT use this company as they are terrible about being on time and their policy is that they owe you NOTHING at the end of the day for all the trouble THEY inflict on you and your things.
