These cups are smaller than they appear in photos. Check around or get a sample. They are not very high quality.

Disappointed in the color of the writing on the cups. Wanted navy blue but was delivered in marine blue.

Love the cups but the color of writing selected, navy blue, was not actually navy blue, but a marine blue. That was a disappointment.

The imprint I ordered came out smudged and it looked terrible.

The cup does not actually hold 12oz, I measured it and it holds 11oz. Advertising is wrong!

While they were quick to reply I had to count how many cups were smudged and then they are sending replacements. I haven't seen the replacements yet but with the quality of the first batch I am not hopeful.

While the product itself was fine and what we expected, the shipping and delivery was definitely below average. We had about 10 cups that were cracked and broken and the packaging was awful. The delivery man apologized for the state of the package because it was so embarrassing dropping it off. The bottom was sealed with tape and the box was damaged all over which explains why the cups were broke. Overall the cups served their purpose, but I was not impressed with the packaging and the fact that we had broken cups delivered...
