I received first order, timely. then decided I should reorder more. Called 5/4/21 & placed order with a very nice associate. 5/5/21 rec'd email from my account manager Ashley (aschneider@totallypromotional, etc. You know the form letter-your order is not yet final. Look for your mockup quote, etc.we need your approval & payment. 5/6/21 another form from her stating waiting for my approval & payent. Response needed, I CALLED her directly, i did not get a quote i thought the first girl submitted the reorder. I did it have all the notices on my first order so I didn't understand why 3 communications did resolve the on time delivery. She must have been watching tv from home or playing a computer game...no customer service, yeah i see your order...what was your name again, i told her I cant complete this order with you because you aren't listening to me-I'd like to speak to a supervisor or manager. Ashley did not know if Lisa Reinhart was in office or available. I asked if she would connect me to her office. It was such an inconvenience for her. I left voice mail with Lisa and she listened to me an i got the reorder on its way. I need the delivery by 5/12/21 AT THE ABSOLUTE LATEST. I had a short delivery time and Lisa understood that & would get yet the order to production immediately. The cups were coming to my home & i had to leave on the `13th to drive to the venue because the wedding was 5/15/21. We actually spoke 2 times and she was so helpful. I rec'd an email from her my order was on its way and would be received in time. She saved the day and i would like her to be recognized as being polite, attentive and i received my order correctly and on time. My hesitation, was Ashley couldn't guarantee my order to be received on time and her customer service skills as account manager in my my opinion is not very good. A regular clerk, person who answers the direct phone has lots of actual communication with customers. Kudos to Lisa Reinhart!! If first 2 people i talked to would have said no, we cannot get your order to you on time, that would have been it. I would have tried another company. In closing, the reorder cups came on time and very few were left over at the end of the reception. THANK YOU LISA FOR ALL YOUR PERSONAL HELP.
