Both the salchichón and chorizo are good quality. This has become a regular purchase for me. They are not too big so are easy for me to handle as I don't have anybody to share with.

When I can't get to Spain it's good that Spain can still get to me. The turnaround is good, even at the height of the plague. The charcuterie items are sent with a frozen gel pack to keep them fresh.
