Ordered on Friday evening at 5:30 PM, received a phone call on Saturday at noon to schedule delivery and installation. By 3:00 PM on Sunday we had our new trampoline. Very safe, very tough, hope to keep it for years to come.

Priced higher than it should be. Putting it together was a definite challenge even with instructions and video. I would have preferred just “one” video of the entire process vs. multiple small videos. Thank goodness after putting it together it “does” have a great bounce and my family is happy!

I was initially incorrectly told by a company representative that there would be no tax or shipping charges but there was tax. That was frustrating being that the cost of the trampoline is so high the tax is high as well. Once I placed my order everything went smoothly. Little lag time to ship but once it shipped we had it in one or two days which was fast. Putting trampoline together is not fun but I was relieved after all that work that the trampoline has an excellent bounce and my family is happy.

I've wanted a cover for our old jumbo trampoline for years. Every time I go to website it's out of stock. Is there a waiting list? We'd really like to have a cover before next winter. Apparently someone looked into this and found out the was a warehouse inventory glitch with the ecommerce site and the item was inaccurately out of stock. I checked back, and it's still not fixed. Please let me know when it is. Thank you, we love your products! The Hartmanns

This is by far the best gift I have ever given my family for Christmas. The quality is top notch and the assembly was easy. With the help of my lovely bride we had it assembled and ready for the first jumper in under 2.5 hours. The kids, 10 and 8 years old, freaked out in the best way. I have never seen them so excited! Thank you Springfree, you made me look like the best Dad ever.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for the kids. Set it up was simple but it is very important to follow the instructions carefully. We live in South Dakota and I love the simple design of the enclosure which allows me to take down the rods easily and cover the trampoline when snow is in the forecast. A lot of thought was put into the design of this quality product and I appreciate that.

Easy to order online and fast delivery. Set up was great with the enclosed instruction book. You have to follow the instructions carefully and I liked the QR codes to bring up installation video. Having the video for the step were you begin to insert the rods through the enclosure was extremely important. Love the fact that the enclosure can be set down quickly to cover the trampoline during the winter months in South Dakota.

We have owned our spring free jumbo square trampoline now since 2011, and it was and is the best purchase we have ever made! We have winds in Enumclaw that become very fast... and the trampoline doesn’t budge. Our three boys have ADHD and this trampoline wears them out and our three girls love just to do tricks and play games... our youngest with special needs loves his trampoline... as all things age the only issue was the zipper on the net that gave up when a adult jumping broke it last year... so we are off to buy another. The trampoline it’s self had a small hole when installed ... but hasn’t ripped or become worse... I did not see the need to get a new one...
