The Springfree Trampoline is the best thing I ever bought for the family. It's fun and fabulous. The kids love it and will spend hours on it. Before we had the trampoline my 14 year old spent way too much time on Xbox. Now he spends lots of time jumping and loves it. He's even slimmed down a bit too from going on it. He put on a few pounds previously since he was such a couch potato. My little guy spends every minute he can on it and has gotten so strong from bouncing, gymnastics and karate. We have had a couple of problems. One zip tie broke on the basketball net and Springfree sent 2 new ones immediately. I ordered a bunch of balls for the basketball net and one of them wouldn't inflate. They sent a new one immediately. The net started to tear after almost a year and they are sending a new net and I have to only pay $19 for shipping. They are really an incredible company with great customer care and satisfaction. They recommended the anchors when my basket ball net zip tie broke. Boy am I glad I got those. Sandy took down 5 trees on our property and smashed the garage and one car. The trampoline was fine thank goodness and the anchors really helped to keep it in place. Just to be safe, I am ordering 4 more so every leg will have an anchor. I also recommend the basketball net, the kids love that. And the step ladder which i think helps all ages to get on an off the trampoline with ease. The Trampoline is safe and fun and high quality and finally, sleek and attractive to look at and the perfect size. The jumping area is huge. We love our Squarecle (jumbo square) trampoline. ... and not JUST because of the safety.our old trampoline was the sam one they compared to springfree in the safety vidieo. no springs=more bounce=fun! if you are going to get this(you should) get it with a basket ball hoop(and a few x-tra balls), because a plain trampoline is just plain boring.if anthing was bad about this trampoline, it would be... um... nothing. this is an awsome trampoline, and if you get any springfree trampolines, get this one.the round ones are to small, and if you have a mall backyard, then just get the large square. also, I tried oval to, and you can't bounce high because it is to narrow. if you want to, at springfree stores you can try them out, or use the model selector. also, you shoud know this is the same day our tramoline came, so I haven't used it that long. we oredered it yesterday, so shipping is great.

This product is very well made & safe! not only can the kids enjoy the trampoline but so can the parents for some shared fun!!

As a child growing up, I had great memories of jumping on a trampoline. I also have bad memories of landing in the springs, knocking my front teeth loose and have been afraid of jumping since. As you can imagine, I was not eager to buy one until a friend started describing the Springfree Trampoline. I couldn't understand how it could NOT have springs and use fiberglass rods instead. How could this work? No Springs? No Frame? I needed to see it for myself, so I ordered the 13 foot, Jumbo Square, Assembly went just as described with no surprises. I crawled into it and first tested the enclosure and sides. Solid! This enclosure did not give me a feeling of being closed in on, it was very open and after two days of laughing and having fun, decided to try my first front flip in twenty years.....I landed it! The bounce is so smooth and quiet, but what sold me was my over rotation of a front flip that launched me forward, typically I would have been thrown off the trampoline, possibly falling into the springs and frame. The Springfree Enclosure kept me safe. I just backed away wondering how much hurt I was just spared from and totally sold on the safety and comfort in letting my family jump without me being worried.The piece of mind, and security I feel in the craftmanship and attention to safety cannot be labeled with a price. I hear my family laughing and giggling and am filled with fulfillment that I was able to provide enjoyment to my family that is leaps and bounds above the competition. But really, with Springfree there is no competition!Thank you Springfree, for your vision of providing safe flight to the world.Todd M. Horvath

This trampoline seems to be a good one, and, i think i may buy it. This is one of the safest and most fun trampolines in the world. How would you feel as a kid not getting to have it????Just THINK ABOUT IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
