Perfect replacement for my Wavemaster 9200 2speed pump on my 2011 Hot Spot Tempo. I only needed to loosen and partially pull out the 4 bolts at the back of the motor to spin the volute 1/4 turn clockwise then retightened. Everything lined up perfectly and the changeout was a breeze!!

First you identified my spa pump to let me know which o ring I was looking for. Than on a further question I had you new the shaft seal also should be replaced and you didn't even charge me. All my spa questions and needed equipment wil be with Spacare

I had almost given up hope finding an affordable replacement for the heat exchanger in my 10 year-old Leisure Bay spa. This unit was not only an exact replacement, it was considerably cheaper than the same part on another website. Thoroughly satisfied and would do business again with Spacare.com!

During the usual Fall startup of our old Leisure Bay spa, it was clear this was not going to be a routine task. I determined that not only had one of the two pumps failed, but the electric heat exchanger had crapped out as well. Fortunately, the pumps are pretty routine to replace, but the heat exchanger on a ten year-old tub was not as easy to find. Luckily, Spacare.com had an exact replacement and the cost was much less than one found on a competitor's website. Customer service? On a question about a replacement wet end, David emailed me back the same day (a Sunday!) and got me the correct part number. Shipping? All items were ordered Sunday and arrived on my porch Wednesday morning. FAST! I am a big fan now and will no doubt be ordering from Spacare again! Pete

Exactly what I needed, package was really secure. It doesn't come with a sensor that is attached to the heater, I didn't have any problem since I was just replacing and luckily I was able to do used the old one.
