It worked the first couple of days but it stopped. I'm in the process of double checking my work, plumbing and my flow switch. I can only dedicate so much time but hopefully its minor. Any thoughts pls let me know.

This was exactly what I needed, however it seems to be too big for my jet. It's only too big by the slightest of margins, literally a centimeter or two off. So unfortunately I will have to return it, unless there is a slightly smaller size offered that I could switch it with.

It was much harder to find this part online than I expected, so when I found it on Spa Care I was quite happy. The price was not bad and it arrived even sooner than expected. However, it seems to be ever so slightly too big. Literally by only a centimeter or two. So unless I can possibly swap it out for one with a smaller thread, I will be returning the product.

I asked the representatives from Spa care what pump was needed for my spa. I was sent a pump motor that did not fit or work with my spa. When I returned the part (which I paid return shipping for) I was not given a full refund of my purchase but instead had to pay some kind of restocking fee. I don't feel that I was at fault for having to return the part and should not pay restocking fee . jpd

I received the board in a timely fashion. There were no instructions, however, and the board layout was slightly different from the original so it was a guessing game on some of the wired connections
