It arrived damaged. The element was bent which damaged the insulation around the connection. I was able to repair it but I should not have to repair brand new parts.

Installed and Heater works as expected. I like it better than the original one as the nut on the heater core is bigger and easier to get a wrench on and see when installing compared to the original one.
