Your website is awful. I get coupons for ShopNebulizer - like on Friday, for free shipping - that I cannot use on the site, because the checkout is through HPFY. Then, when I found a coupon code for HPFY and that worked, it applied it as reward points for a future purchase rather than take it off my current purchase. I called today to get help over the phone but even the customer service agent couldn't help me with the coupon code problem. Awful, awful customer experience. The only reason you got my business is because your shipping at 5.99 is less than other stores - even though on Friday I was supposed to get FREE shipping but your code didn't work. I've wasted nearly an hour of my time trying to do something that should have taken 5 minutes and I still didn't get free shipping.

found what i wanted but didn't like being tricked into the saving because i will not save it until my next order

i have used the st. claire throat soother before and it worked well.
i didn't like the fact that i was told i would save 15% and go to check out and it is saved on the next order. will probably find it from another supplier who is upfront about when the money is saved.
