I am 5'2" 135 lbs. This runs a little short and tight. I got a small because the waist looked like your pants that I take in a small. But alas the sizing was different. I liked it enough that I shoved myself into it and it just fits. The pockets bulge, but I wear them with leggings and a tunic and it looks fine. My phone drops into the pocket and I'm not fearful of it dropping out. I am a bit nervous about my wallet however. I wish there were a secret inside pocket for the wallet or a zipper. I will buy again and this time size up and hope it falls better on me.

This is my first non-jacket purchase from SCOTTeVEST and my only regret is not ordering one sooner. I love the Scarlett Skort and am looking forward to ordering another. The website description said it has 6 pockets, but it actually has 8. (The tag is correct.) They are perfectly placed. The mesh pocket inside the handwarmer-style pocket is perfect for my cellphone. I can also carry my card case, keys, lip balm, face mask, and whatever else I need when I out for a walk or running errands. The fabric is incredibly comfortable and it looks perfect after every machine wash and dry. It runs slightly big, but the drawstring makes it easy to adjust the waistband. I love this skort!

I love my previous SCOTTeVEST purchases and wanted to get something for my husband so that he can experience this level of organization too. I also got something for myself and it is now my new favorite SCOTTeVEST item.

Fits true to size and the fabric is fantastic. Pockets are perfect. It arrived on time (well, it had to cross the Canadian border), and I know I'll get a lot of wear out of it, both here and when travel opens up again.

I think I will definitely enjoy wearing this for walks around town and even hikes in the country. The Medium fits well for me at 5'5", 142 lbs. Expensive, but I think it will last a long time and be worth the extra money.

I had looked everywhere for cargo shorts, did not find any that I liked. The skort that I bought looks feminine, sporty and stylish, yet has lots of pockets. Looking forward to wearing it! You just need to re-shore your manufacturing to the US or at least Latin America.

Underwhelmed. The garment lacks structure and useful pockets. The "secret" pockets are too small for phone and most objects. When I place my phone in the side pocket, the skort looks is lumpy and is pulled off center. None of the photos show the skort with objects in the pockets, and that's probably why. It is obvious that there are things in the pockets. Also, product description says garment runs large; in my experience it does not. I will go back to my trusty LLBean skort, with its zippered cargo pockets and essential back pockets.
Why SCOTTeVEST?
I received a SCOTTeVEST vest as a Christmas present, and I mostly like its ingenuity and ability to hold a lot of stuff--wallet, phone, etc, without looking lumpy or feeling overstuffed. I often wear skorts, so I thought I would give the skort a try, but it didn't work out.

I like it...lighter weight than I anticipated, but it will be cool during the summer. I guess I was feeling fat on the day I ordered...the skort runs big! but that makes me feel smaller!

Runs small. I don't know what the other commenters we’re thinking that it runs big. Lies! Also...too short. 17” is from the waist so if you don't want a daisy duke skort pass on this. Returned.

Good....but dont like the chat pop up. Also when calling for the RMA number nobody answered because they were closed (during working hours). Left message - no return call. Called next day and while I was able to complete what I called about The person sounded like a 15yo with zero phone skills.

I like the skort concept and the weight of the fabric. The elastic draw string seems a design flaw and not likely to hold up well over time. The waistband has minimal structure. In back of waist band the fabric bunches.

It would be nice if we could use our pocket points on any transaction, whether there are other incentives or not. You really do not have a large variety of clothes and they wear well, so reorders are not that often, and there isn't enough variety to do new orders often.
