Laura was tired of carrying all of Scott’s gadgets in her bags and Scott’s traditional pockets couldn’t carry everything he needed...and a man purse was out of the question. Scott had a brilliant idea: he would create a modified fisherman’s vest but with extra pockets, enough to hold all of his essentials but still stylish enough to wear out around town.
Those were the humble beginnings of SCOTTeVEST. The company has now evolved into an international business, with a full line of men’s and women’s vests, jackets, pullovers, hoodies, shirts, dresses, underwear, pajamas and pants; all designed to strategically hold and organize your personal belongings so whatever you need is always on hand.

I'm petite, and the size Small ran true to size, lengthwise and across the chest and hips. However, I specifically ordered this to layer, and the picture showed this sleeve was looser fit than the other ("Maddie") cardigan style. The sleeves are too tight to layer over anything other than a tank or cami. Sleeves are quite long enough, but VERY narrow from elbow to wrist.

I am short so I had to send it back - too much material for my height. However, it is beautiful material - elegant and the BIGGEST pockets! Wish it could have worked.

This is the first product I have ordered from ScotteVest that I have not been over-the-moon pleased with. This "Cardigan" is really a very, very lightweight piece of clothing. Blouse/Top underneath the "cardigan" can be clearly seen. There would be little to no warmth from this garment.

This jacket drapes beautifully and would add elegance to any outfit (as long as the your shirt is sleeveless). I wanted to use it for layering when on vacation, however, and had to return it; as the sleeves were too tight to comfortably accommodate anything underneath it. If you’re looking for a casual wrap for summer or evening, this garment is perfect. If you need to layer, it’s not a good choice - and to me - was too expensive for only one type of use.

Love having a cardigan that I can wear while traveling. Planning to use on a 7 day cruise next year, hidden pocket are prefect for my id, passport, credit cards and cabin room key card.

Best travel clothes with various pockets, especially when traveling thru airports, city tours, walking thru busy area, and theme parks. Hoping to be able to travel again maybe next year...

quick and simple, but I wishes you had more tops & shirts that have 4+ pockets that are 50 UPF+ and/or moisture wicking.

This cardigan was on sale so decided to try it for travel…and I’m so glad I did! It seems like I’m always needing a spot to quickly put my phone, place a purchased item or stash food while racing through the airport….and this is perfect! The large pockets can handle all that and more, and the smaller zipper pockets keep credit cards and keys handy and safe. The quality and thickness of the cardigan is a plus for extra warmth in the air conditioning, and the length provides that welcomed extra coverage. ScotteVest apparel is strategically designed to fill pockets with little or no bulge…and they have delivered in this cardigan too. I’m thinking it would be awesome for shopping trips too!

Between the capacious side pockets (that contain bonus zippered pockets to secure smaller items) and the attractive styling, this is a great garment for people who like to be out and about without carrying a bag. I wasn't sure I'd like the hood, but it's incorporated into the collar in a very interesting way, making for a very versatile garment.

I'm a big fan of the trench coat and I love that there are more options for garments that allow me to carry what I need in my pockets.

I got an email about your Mother’s Day sale with a picture of a woman wearing a cardigan. That’s what I ordered but apparently what you pictured IN THE SALE FLYER is NOT part of your sale. DISSAPOINTING!

Wanted to love but the secure zip pockets are way to small. Can't fit passport or phone. Since this is a travel cardigan I would think the secure pockets would be big enough to hold those items.

Nice vest with pockets as advertised. It does not securely hold my iPhone in the zip pockets because they are too small. Great concept, but this cardigan is not as I had hoped.
