I never received my order and ended up cancelling it after receiving automated email responses. I basically got the run around. You can never get through to a customer agent via phone. You always get a recording. Complaints about this company are easily found on various websites including Ripoff Alert's site.

Unfortunately, we have yet to receive the product, over a month after our credit card was charged. No emails have been received regarding the order, with the exception it was processed. As well, we have yet to call when the Customer Care team is available, even though we call during the business hours listed on the website. We have tried to use the Online Chat feature as well, to no avail - no one is available. We would love to be proved wrong, but this feels like a scam. At this point, if we could give the survey a 0 rating for shopping experience and customer service, we would.

It has been over 3 weeks since my order has been placed and no filters have arrived. I've sent a customer question asking when they would be arriving, but the reply back does not give me a time frame just a reason why they have not shipped. I understand that you are backlogged, but when can I expect my filters? I need to change them ASAP as winter is close and the furnace will be on soon. If I could get an idea, I could make other plans if needed. Also, if I received a time frame I would have been 3 stars instead of 1. Lastly, if the filters are received and what I ordered the ranking would be higher.

After 10 days and the drill still not shipped i canceled the order. There is no working phone number to talk to anyone . All through e mail, takes them a couple of days to answer that each time.

Ordered on September 19 did not receive audit contacted customer service reply order will be with me within 5 to 7 working days still not received after that date contacted customer service to for fill their obligation in my order instead they cancelled it and tell me I will get refund after five coming to 6th day still waiting for refund

I placed my order for a Lincoln Viking 3350 (at a very good price) over 1 month ago, but still haven't received the item. This item came with the Rocket Speed Delivery, which guarantees the item will arrive in 3 business days or less. I sent two emails, and did get a reply to one of them. The rep said they were dealing with higher than normal order volume and would try to get it out by the end of the week (two weeks ago). Also, their customer service number is unhelpful, as it always gives a message saying all representatives are busy, tells to send them an email, and hangs up (I tried calling at various times during the day and always the same message). I might give them another week before trying to cancel the order. Hopefully I don't have to get my credit card company involved.

I am convinced this "company" is just a scam, charging people for items they have no intention of ever shipping and hoping you forget about it. Or at the very least they are going for interest free short term loans. I placed my order four weeks ago, and nothing. They did however charge my card immediately. I was not in a hurry to get my order so I gave them a shot knowing at the very least they would be slow. They are not just slow I doubt they are ever going to ship anything. Don't waste your time, their claims are too good to be true.

Horrible, ordered 2 fans a month ago and still have not received them. Getting all kinds of run around from customer service - says their too busy to ship!

Been two weeks and I haven't even receive my order yet

I made the purchase paid them and they never shipped the item , I asked for a refund it's been two weeks and I still have not received a refund do not do business with this company . I recently emailed no response no phone people to answer the calls nor chat available stay away do not do business with this company .
