Note: if you happen to be rejected after the first online inquiry (via Facebook or other PR platform), don't give up yet! Try to speak/chat to one of the amazing loan officers. In spite of the initial rejection (software glitch or wrong answers?) the whole process is pleasant and financially competitive!

My only comment would be that you need to have a prepared list of all the info you need, instead of calling every few days with a need for more info. Otherwise, the experience was great and the people who worked with me were very helpful, considerate and polite.
