Refinanced my 30 year at 8.75% to a 15 year fixed at 3.99.
Never had to leave the house. They even came out to the house in the evening
to do the closing .All told it took less than 30 days from beginning to end.

We, like most, are busy working, taking care of our own clients. Thankfully, our loan officer was persistent with contact so we could get locked in apr, in less than 30 days from point of contact to closing. The whole team were quick (no pun intended) to answer and process our refinance. Just fabulous!! Very happy!!

I am not happy that Quicken Loans sold our loan before the first payment was even due!!!!!!!

Quicken Loans Rocks!

A few bumps in the road along way. Was hopeing ro refinance under fha. Some miscommunication as to wether house would qualify ended up going conventional. Very satisfied with gow loan is being handled. Thrilled with the emails i get when payment is recieved and gor one tday for payment made thru escrow.

My experience with Quicken was unbelievably easy, fast and I received help all the way with almost immediate responses to my questions. I contacted other lenders the last few months to refiance but was never comfortable with the interest rate, service or ease. I was ready to Proceed with another top lender when Quicken contacted me. The service representative was so helpful, patient and respectful I couldn't hardly believe it. On top of that Quicken gave me an incredibly low interest rate. I felt it was all too good to be true, so I immediately started praying for more guidance. I felt I hit the lottery!!!
I'm so pleased and excited. I still can't believe how easy they made the process. I want to Thank Quicken you have made my life less stressful and I'm saving a ton of money and paying for my house in 15 years instead of 25 with only $130 more per month. Wow Wow Wow
