i contacted quicken loans for a lower rate . the customer service was fantastic . the customer personnel were very helpful and helped me through the whole process and i was able to get a lower rate and refinance . thank you again Quicken loans

First off, it was the easiest real estate (re-fi) transaction I have ever done. The team never, for a moment, left me guessing or wondering what was going on. Updates were almost daily, without my ever having any anxiety whatsoever. Things went so well that I kept wondering when something was going to throw things off, but that never happened. I couldn't speak of or recommend Quicken Loans more highly!! I wouldn't hesitate to engage their services in the future.

Everyone was very professional and helpful. The only bad experience was the appraiser that came out which resulted in our house appraising much less than it is worth. I listened to him making a voice recording as he walked around. The man doesn't know hard wood from laminate. Enough said.

The people at Quicken Loans are professional, but they are also friendly and they work hard to answer any questions you might have. I went through the process and it was a very enjoyable experience. I would recommend them to anybody looking for a new mortgage or refinance.

The whole team I worked with was great. They were patient and helpful and were understanding of delays on my side when we had a baby in the middle of the whole process and I was busy and sleep deprived.

I loved that I could always contact someone at Quicken and get assistance immediately from my team leader or from team members. The experience was excellent and the results were very good. Over quickly with no pain! :) I would recommend Quicken for home loans or refis! Mine was a Harp refi. Thank you for making the experience first class! The closing was handled locally and was also very well done! Pleasant experience that ended up helping me a lot! Thank you.

Excellent service, everything was explained to my satisfaction. Very professional in all dealings. Process was simple to follow on line. Follow up phone conversations and instructions were easy to understand and follow. The loan closing guidelines and dates were very quick and accurate. I will recommend others to contact and deal with Quicken Loans.
