I had gotten a new control box and I had no idea how to set it up. Brandon was so helpful and stayed on the phone with me for probably an hour at least and helped me through it. I am not good at things like this and he was wonderful to me. He also sold me on a fire system too. I live in a mobile home and he made me realize I really needed that. I really love the customer service that I get from Protect America. Thank you so much and please thank Brandon again for me.

The whole process of ordering, receiving, installing and activation of the system was very easy and smooth. Once we got the details of what equipment to use and how it will work, the rest was very easy. The order went well; I received the package in 3 business days; the install took about 30 minutes which included watching the 9 minute video; and the activation and how to use the system went well and took about another 30 minutes. The equipment worked well as we tested it and I did receive a set of instructions via email that I can refer to later. All in all, a very quick install done by myself with equipment that works and now I feel secure. Thanks
