I had the pleasure of working with Tamara on Saturday to move my service to another residence. Her professionalism and politeness is exactly what your customers are looking for when calling in to handle their concerns. She is knowledgeable and enthusiastic about making sure all questions were answered and I accomplished what I had in to do. A joy to talk to, she is a real asset to the company.

Bryan was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and customer focused. He walked me through an issue when I lost power and he was very professional and thorough.

The installation of my system went smoothly and Kiara was patient, courteous and friendly. When I asked about an additional motion sensor, Kiara did not take advantage of the opportunity to sell me something. She asked questions and made sure I actually needed one. I appreciate that.

Brian rocks! From the moment he answered the phone he was extremely polite, friendly and knowledgeable about the products and services your company offers. There are many companies to choose from, but now, I can see why Protect America has so many wonderful ratings. It's not easy to find good customer service these days, but Brian went above and beyond. Not only was he personable, but he explained all products and service in detail, even giving me a history of the company, making me feel totally at ease with my decision to choose Protect America. Brian was very enthusiastic about the products and about what he does and it was evident that he has a true passion for his career. I haven't received the alarm system yet, but I have already recommended Protect America to my family and friends, solely based on the customer service that Brian demonstrated to me over the phone. Great job!!

James was very professional and helpful in the installation process. I miscounted and needed 3 extra censors as my doors and kitchen window are without. James continued to ask for lower pricing due to my financial standing with a pending move for military training. As well he was very patient with my poor cellular service here in south GA. I am very pleased in the easiness of the system installation and rapidness of the shipping and contact by your reps. I was out to dinner when your first rep called about installing the system; which told me the system was delivered. I will gladly recommend Protect America to anyone that is in the market for a house system. V/R Richard Jenkins

My installation experience was great!!!! Krystal was very patient and went over steps multiple times to make sure I put in proper codes, etc. I also had my brother at my home assisting and would pass the phone to him. However, my representative never seemed bothered and frustrated. I even cut her off at one point and she called me back and finishing walking me through the steps to install my new system. THanks!

William was excellent help and very, very patient. He was able to help me get everything set up and didn't get annoyed or irritated as I also dealt with two kids and a dog. Thank you to the wonderful customer service.

Our fire alarm sensor was going off in error. We do not have fire coverage. Brandon was very helpful. He handled our situation in a pleasant and efficient manner.

In my last home I was with Brinks or Broadview. They were horrible, put holes in all of my sills and their customer service was sub-par. I was nervous about going with a company that was not coming to install a wired system, but after a lot of research decided to give Protect America a try. Both my husband and I are VERY pleased with everything. The customer service is outstanding and always responsive. There is no waiting on hold forever and the online chat is great for quick questions or concerns. I love the mobile app and use it frequently. I would love to see additional features added to the Iphone App so you can set it to not just stay or away, but set it with the options you would have if you were home. Overall I am very happy with your company and feel very safe in my home!
