The third time I went to use this pump I knocked it off the top of a 4' tall cart onto concrete. The door for the oil compartment cracked and broke off but it snapped back into place. I have seen vacuum pumps break from similar falls sp I was worried my beautiful new pump was broken but it pulled down a leaking system(leaking in a spot I was unable to repair) down to 600 microns like a boss. Love all of the hose connections and the ease and speed the oil can be changed. The only thing i think could be better is if the handle was recessed in some way so the top was more or less less flat, which would make it easier to load up on a cart because things could be stacked on it. Overall this is by far the best pump I've ever used.

These are great probes and seem to be very accurate but unfortunately they are pretty sensitive to ambient temps. If you use them in a hot attic or cold area, once they heat soak or cold soak they will drift over 2" WC, and not uniformly between the probes, so getting a good differential pressure is impossible until you re-zero them. Being able to leave them unattended in hot or cold place is one of the benefits of Bluetooth, but for these probes, not so much. Hope Fieldpiece is working on a fix!

only used it twice since I bought it. But each time it is help me pull a vacuum quicker deeper. I highly recommend these hoses to anybody who does HVAC work

My original one that came with my manifold had cracked after 4 years of use. I saw that TruTechTools offered it so I ordered it. The only difference is my old ones were dark blue and the new ones on the current manifolds are yellow. But it is still a type k thermocouple so functions just fine even comes with a Velcro strip to keep the wire rolled up. It showed up very fast, two business days, that's not bad for it to get all the way to Commiefornia and make it thru all of Gov. Gruesome's lockdowns orders

With the two access tees it comes with and the great carrying case this kit has got me through alot. Being a tech at a university I often use air splits to top off units that are low on charge. And the air probes get signal to my work phone all the way from the 3rd floor on a 6 story dorm building. Very impressive distance oppose to testo. The case is great cause I usually pack up my 11 in 1, Valve removal tool, 6 inch crescent and still manage to wedge my meter in the side pocket to turn this kit into my grab n go bag. What're you still doing reading all of this? BUY IT!

I bought two of these detectors for my home. The batteries died after only 30 months (says 10 year warranty on batteries) I have been getting the run around from Defender, first it took over 2 weeks to respond to my problem, then they gave me the wrong address, my package was returned, now they want me to ship it again to a different address. I have asked many times for a alternative, such as they pay postage but all I ever receive from defender is the same form email telling me to ship their defective detectors back to them at my cost. For such expensive products I expected a better experience On the positive side, the detectors do seem to work well, just die premature. 1/3rd of the advertised life span makes these overly expensive Get your customer service together
