we are using the trial version. does this software not give a reading of the current CFM50 and the target CFM50? we only see it giving the equivalent hole size. we dont see were it shows anything in relation to 0.35ACH per BPI standards. MANFACTURER'S RESPONSE: In the trial version of the "Fantestic Software" you can get a reading of the current CFM50 and the target CFM50. First you have to double check what kind of test you are performing. Try using a ASTM standard. With this test the answer you are looking for will be down in the bottom right corner of your screen under the "Result Summary" line. The ACH reading will also be in the same results area of the screen. Please contact us if you have any further questions.

The first time I used it, I drilled a hole in a plenum and got my readings. When I pulled it out the little protective tip broke off(and there wasn't much force involved). And now today while walking, it fell out of my tool bag and hit the concrete. One of the corners busted off and now the battery panel won't stay on. Now I know this is my fault. But for a tool designed to be used in the field... I expected a little more durability. FROM TTT: Sorry for the delayed listing of your review. We contacted testo for a reply but did not receive anything to send to you. In our experience, the product holds up pretty well in the field. In the meantime, TruTech has sourced a rubber loop that can be used to hold the battery door in place and protect the instrument. The ac/heat pump trouble shooting guide is a great reference guide to have with on service calls. The chart will quickly point you in the right direction. The Design Temperature Differenc feature is especially handy, it allows you to see if the system is operating with in the proper range with out putting your gauges on the system. Great chart, thanks.
