This is our second springfree. We upgraded from an 8x8 round to the 11x11 square. On top of the many advantages is the safety. Love the no springs needed and that you can jump all the way to the end of the mat without the risk of getting a foot stuck under something. The bounce is incredible , no metal noises during the jumping process, too. Would never buy another trampoline than springfree, worth every penny spent. Our last one was placed outdoors for 10 years and is still in good shape.

Unfortunately the video instructions on the website for the assembly were outdated and we followed those first and had to remove the mat from the springs again. The instructions received on the phone were helpful and we were finally able to attach the mat to the springs . Hopefully this will be updated soon. Other than that it arrived quicker than expected. Customer service was helpful in the process.

We are very pleased with this trampoline! The (5) boxes (trampoline + ladder + basketball hoop) were delivered over two days and the assembly went well - for one adult + a 2nd adult when attaching the mat to the rods, total assembly time was ~4 hours at a leisurely pace. The instructional videos with visual demonstrations & verbal instructions of the assembly steps were extremely helpful (do NOT skip watching these videos!). We have peace of mind from the safety features and our two boys (9 and 11 years old) love the new trampoline - "it is impossible to not smile when jumping on the trampoline!"

A bit if buyers remorse initially due to the big bill and rigorous install and the desire to purchase something that shields and protects our kids as much as this does. This does appear to have been designed and executed on the need for high quality and strength. You are the only competitor in this pricing tier and have earned the right to charge as much as you do. Hopefully this thing lasts as long as 3 trampolines.

Delivery took 20 days from the time of the order. Covid-19 had an impact somehow and we were left in the dark until we reached out to the company to find out any update. When calling customer support, there was a recording that said deliveries may be delayed due to covid-19 and there was a statement in the email confirmation that said we would receive our shipping information in 1 day. When we didn't receive the email, we were concerned we had been scammed and considered cancelling our order. "Perhaps, we ordered the trampoline from the wrong site," we thought. Other than the aforementioned concerns, we received and installed the trampoline ourselves and the kids haven't stayed off it yet. Thank you.

Our trampoline is new and we are enjoying it so far. I wish the instructions had been a little clearer. We did not end up getting the zipper lined up right so it was between two poles so we had to take one pole out. We were supposed to have someone come assemble it but they never showed.

My kids absolutely love this trampoline! It’s literally been a lifesaver during quarantine. They can go out and burn energy and shoot some hoops with the basketball hoop attachment. I’m 100% happy with my purchase. You can tell this is a very high quality trampoline and worth the extra money. 5 stars!!

We are very satisfied with our trampoline so far. It has great bounce and the construction is very good. It is holding up really well during rain storms. We have it sitting in a wooded area, it has been very easy to sweep off and the mat and net have stayed clean. Very happy with our purchase!
