We gave this to our five-year-old niece who loves Frozen for Christmas and she loved it! She couldn't believe she was written into the story and she pointed out her name on the first few pages.

Everything was great and the order arrived in time for Christmas. The only (very) minor disappointment is that on the website it sounded like I could write my own greeting on the inside page, but then there was just a drop-down with choices I could choose from (i.e. no free form text option) and then I could add our names. But the options were fine and I'm sure our niece doesn't care about that part anyway!

My book did not arrive on time in spite of paying for expedited shipping and there were gross errors in the printing of my granddaughter's name. The company is refunded the extra amount I paid for shipping and is reprinting the book, but I will not have in time for Christmas. I doubt that I will ever order another personalized book from this company.
