I bought this for my granddaughter's 1st birthday and I'm pleased with the book as I have been in the past with the product and service from this company. The personalization is wonderful and the book is very nice quality. I would suggest that you make it a little easier to know which wording shows up on which pages for some of the names people add in. That was a little confusing as to placement. Also - the book needs to be wrapped in bubble wrap upon shipment; my first one arrived crushed and had to be replaced due to the thin mailing envelope you sent it in. Thank you!

As a first-time customer, it was a bit confusing as to where the customized names were inserted in the story and on what pages. It would be helpful if the "sample" story included the customer's chosen names so we can see where they end up on the pages before order is placed. Hope this makes sense ... thanks! Also, the book needs to be wrapped in bubble wrap for shipment; my first one arrived crushed and had to be replaced.
