Some how, every time I edit anything Like when from PayPal to CC or Member to guest, it added another book? I had 3 identical, personalized books to the same child? Had I not caught it, what a mess that would have been? Same photo, salutations, names Birthday..... And I didn't fill that out over and over??? I'm just mentioning it in case someone else winds up with a set. MERRY CHRISTmas, to you all, and Thanx for your help less than3

The book is beautiful but it does not have the child's name within the story as the seller indicates. The the name is broken down into alphabetical letters on blank pages across from the story. The seller needs to indicate exactly how the child's name is used. I would not have purchased the book if I had known that the name was not within the story. Every book I have purchased in the past has had the child's name within the story. If not for that, I would have given the book 5 stars. Customer service is excellent!!!! I would buy from this seller again.

Excellent customer service!! The only problem with the book is that it does not have the child's name within the story as the seller indicates. Every book I have purchased in the past contained the child's name within the story. I would not have purchased the book if I had known the child's name would not be within the story. I would definitely buy from this seller again!

I like having various options for personalized books. I found one for each of my 5 grandchildren. I especially liked the fact they weren't all about princesses and actually had some educational and motivational books! I also made a mistake with one of the birthdays and sent them a message the very next day. I actually received a phone call letting me know they got the message!!! That's great customer service!
