Have been wearing them all day since the 3rd day after receiving them . Pretty easy to get accustomed to, partly because I am accustomed to wearing ear plugs and electronic ear muffs. Bought a new pick up truck a year ago and didn't know that the turn signals emit a clicking sound. Thought they were silent for some reason. Conversations are much easier to hear, sometimes have to turn the volume down with loud voices.

The hearing aids I ordered are my first. I qualify for VA benefits that would provide hearing aids but didn't want to jump through all the hoops so after reading a lot of reviews decided to buy the MD Airs. I have several friends that wear hearing aids and nearly all were surprised by the relatively lower cost.

Have tried to adjust with help from MDs support personnel to no avail. The Cores have very good sound quality but cannot work feedback out in both aids. One aid has a static that sounds like an untuned radio station. I have worn the MD Airs for about 10 years and have been really pleased with them. The support techs that I have talked to do not seem very knowledgeable of the product in question. I will be sending the Cores back at the end of the 21 days.

Used md's for last 10 years. Great products and have enjoyed wearing them. The support personnel do not seem to be very friendly or knowledgeable of the Core aids.

It's a little larger and clunky, but works fine. The control for the settings is a bit inconvenient to use, and the fact that it re-sets to the general usage mode is not convenient, but it is usable.

I have had a hearing problem since I was a child and had been told by audiologists 3 times that a hearing aid would be ineffective. I finally tried the AIR hearing aid and found sounds that I had never heard before. It works and is easy to use.

Even at a low setting (one, or so) the unit goes into a feedback loop and squawks loudly. Especially if my left hand (or an outdoor coat collar) is near my head. Am unlikely to recommend your product to others. It seems a bit touchy.
