both of them worked for a few days, then one went bad. changed batteries thinking it may help but nothing helped. need to send back for evaluation and repair.

received the Lux aids at the first of the year....after 5 years using the Air Plus aids I was looking forward to the new product...however I am very disappointed with them...poor fit....harder to adjust...cant hear as well...I am planning to return for a full refund and keep using the old Air Plus

I got 2 hearing aids, but the right one did not work & I have sent it back. The left one apparently goes to one on the volume when you turn it off. This means that you have to reset the volume every day by pushing the little button x number of times.

My overall experience has been mediocre at best. One of the hearing aids did not work at all and I had to send it back. I have not yet received a replacement.

I am an owner of and MD AIR hearing aid. MD hearing company is a God send to those of us who need help with hearing and cannot afford the many thousands the national companies charge. As a previous owner, I had not doubts or questions of who to purchase my new aids from. MD is the best and customer service is great.

Never underestimate the power of hearing. Loss of hearing can make you withdraw as you can't hear what's going on around you. Holding a conversation is painful to you and the person you are talking to. These aids are just like the more expensive aids but there is no doctor attached. They are easy to use and set up is automatic.

Using the increased bolum tube is awkward as the tube connection to the init is curved so that it does not fit the ear comfortable. May return to MD as a result.

As expressed in an earlier request for comments in this survey the use of the volum tube is not comfortable as the connection to the unit does not conform to the ear as does the connection of the more narrow tube connection. Considering return of the product, otherwise satisfactory, for this reason.

am not sure I will keep them...get whistling in right hearing aid. It's placed properly in ear but whistles when I put my hand to the ear. I really can't live with that. I gave up on the previous ones I purchased from you.
