Too early to tell. I have worn the hearing aids every day for the last two weeks. Some improvement in my hearing but still in the "getting used to" phase and too early to provide an evaluation or a recommendation.

Have tried to adjust with help from MDs support personnel to no avail. The Cores have very good sound quality but cannot work feedback out in both aids. One aid has a static that sounds like an untuned radio station. I have worn the MD Airs for about 10 years and have been really pleased with them. The support techs that I have talked to do not seem very knowledgeable of the product in question. I will be sending the Cores back at the end of the 21 days.

Used md's for last 10 years. Great products and have enjoyed wearing them. The support personnel do not seem to be very friendly or knowledgeable of the Core aids.

I would give a five star however I cannot get the right one adjusted so it doesn’t squeal .... I just cannot figure out what is wrong with the adjustment.

They took a week to arrive, it was in the Christmas season but they were worth the wait. The hearing test was easy to use and did a pretty good job of setting up the programming. I had to tweak it a bit but not a lot. battery life is as represented - about 6-7 days. I would recommend them to friends.

I like that they are light to wear. I'm still having problems with adjusting the volume. I will continue to play with them or I will contact customer service for assistance. I like that they adjust automatically to an environment.

I liked the first pair I got from MD Hearing Aid but need a more powerful hearing aid so I chose the Core. Hope I have the same luck as I did with the Air.

I just received shorter tubes to maybe correct my main problem ie. aids falling out from behind my ears when I remove my glasses. I have to remove my glasses many times during the day and the aids are always becoming dislodged (I have small ears that are pretty flat against my head, it seems there is not enough room for the aids and my glasses). I will be trying the new shorter tubes to see if that is a solution that works. Judy

I have been wearing the new aids for about three weeks. First week I thought they weren't working correctly, but I wasn't hearing all the sounds amplified only those that I was missing. The app on my smartphone set up the aids easily. I have been using other aids from MDHearing for about 5 years and was always satisfied with their products, but the LifeCore is life changing for me. I can hear sounds that I haven't heard in years. Thank you for providing me with this great product.

Made a call first and the customer service guy, Keith was helpful and gave me his direct number. I can get the required information to get insurance reimbursement! So I financed my purchase easily with Affirm with plans to pay it off when reimbursed

Cannot get the units to quit doing a high pitch squeal. Others notice and have been making comments. I have followed the instructions using different tubes etc to no avail. I do not believe these are going to work for me.
