i AM TRYING OUT THE AIDS. HAVEN'T MADE A DECISION YET IF THEY ARE HELPING ME. NEED MORE TIME. WILL KEEP USING ASSUMING I WILL RECEIVE A REFUND BEFORE 45 DAYS IF I DO NOT WISH TO KEEP THEM.

I might be a little premature on this review, as I have only had my hearing aids for a few days, but so far, so good! My two biggest reasons for resisting purchasing hearing aids have been (1) messing with batteries and (2) I can barely stand having anything in my ears. These obviously resolve the first issue, and after only a few days, I am able to wear them all day if I wish to. While I notice they are there when I am vegging with nothing on my mind, any sort of diversion causes me to forget about them. I still have a month to go on my return guarantee, but it looks like these aids are keepers!

Great Buy Easy to use. I had a much more costly pair that you could not control the volume. On / off and volume control is the only way to go.

I've only had them for about 3 weeks. And they are great so far . I especially like the ability to raise and lower the volume on both of them . And the 4 program options are really handy also .,I've had a pair of $6000 hearing aids and I couldn't raise and lower the volume . And they only had 1 program . And I had to keep going back for an adjustment every couple weeks . And these so far are very comfortable and very user friendly and my other pair ate up batteries about every 5 days . These new ones last 2 days on a charge so far and then I just plug them in like my phone . Very convenient so far .

Heard about your company and product. Thought I would give it a try . Especially with your 45 day trial period . I have been told I have a hard time hearing the tv and conversations in noisy conditions.and so far They are working fine . Gonna really use them a lot to make sure they fit my life style . This product has helped my hearing very nicely, I have never had hearing aids before and did not want to spend 5000 to get some to find out I hated them. they help alot but in some areas they don't help very much, like in groups were soft people talk I still have to say what. but most of time it is very helpful to have them.. you dohave to plugthem in everynight. for they go dead the next day quite early. Thanks love them Jimmy

Still in early stages of testing. Some results are better than anticipated, especially in being better able, as a singer, to be accurate with pitches. So far, the difference in loudness between setting 1 and 2 is too large, 1 being a little soft, but 2 being too loud. Still have to check out if can correct with choice of program.

Responses to our inqueries re product specs and appropriateness were fast, sophisticated, and gave confidence that support is outstanding and fast. As singer, excellent for helping with pitch discrimination. On loudness, #2 setting is too loud, but have not yet checked with program settings to correct for this.

This is a terrific bargain. The only issue is with the size of the volume guide. When you are old, more than hearing is compromised. The number is too small- I need a magnifier glass, and the selection wheel should click into position. It is too easy to move the dial and not know what number you are on. Other then that it is fabulous.

The shipping was prompt. My wife began trying it out after getting the units charged. It made an immediate difference in hearing. Over a week she gradually increased length of time to wear the units. Then began having trouble with one side, until we determined that cleaning of wax out of the ear plug had not been complete. Now it works fine again, we still keep checking to see whether the rechargeable batteries will last for the stated 18 hours, it seems likely. So far she is adjusting well and is delighted.

I like the sound when I can get them adjusted properly. They are a bit difficult to get on and the ear canal piece is difficult to keep in place while putting the over the ear piece in place. I find it a bit difficult to adjust the loudness once I have it on. I have worn hearing aids for about 4 years and the sound is better but everything else is more difficult.
