The merchant BeachStore.com deserves NO stars, but in order to write a review I had to click on at least one star. The product I ordered, a beach umbrella table was delivered without the central piece that attaches the table to the umbrella and supports it. I called the company's customer service on six successive days ; no one answers from that department; you're told to leave a voicemail and someone will get back to you shortly. Six voicemails left, no return phone calls. On-line I set up a case (CA 18054) to log my complaint. Although I received an e-mail acknowledging the complaint, on-line it shows that no action has been taken on the complaint and it's status is listed as "not started"; Tried to access "Returns" on the website without any success; website refused to recognize my order. This is a rip-off company that does not stand behind their products and offers no customer service

Worked nicely and as hoped .. Carry strap too short to be useful .. Prefer the wider arm rest with integrated hand-hold

This is a nice looking and comfortable chair. The seat measures barely 17 inches high, not the 18 inches advertised. The sun hood is a nice touch. The hood was intended to have three different positions, but only one position works properly.

These umbrellas last a long time due to the quality construction. They stand up to years of sun, salt air and wind. Beachstore.com had a wide choice of color options at a great price and they were delivered quickly.

It is hard to raise. I am a man and it is hard for me, I have to strain a bit. It is like the fabric is too tight. It is going to be a little tough for my wife and daughters when they go to the beach in September by themselves, they want have a man present. My previous ones that I have ordered wasn’t like that.

The lower pole of our beach "market umbrella" rusted out and it was so hard to find a replacement! You had exactly what we needed, shipped quickly, great buy!

I have not used this umbrella yet. In analyzing it however, it looks like it is the best quality product of its kind on the planet. Very difficult to find. Most beach stores stock high inventory of elite surf boards and low inventory of cheat no good beach umbrellas. The realization that couples with young children and people with extreme skin sensitivity to the sun are in need of a high quality and functional beach umbrella. Cudos to this fine company to inventory the best beach umbrella for people that need them. Their service is impeccable.
