The bulb has some loose led inside the tube. Didn't work, not sure if it was the bulb itself or the appliance I needed it for. Zoom in to see the loose material. I'd like to get a refund.

Excellent replacement bulb for any Germguardian unit that needs a ZW5D12W-H85 bulb. If you look up technical specifications for the ZW5D12W against the GCF5DS, you would think the bulbs were not interchangeable. However they are (at least in my use case) as the dimensions are only slightly different between the bulbs. The ZW5D12W has a length of 85mm and width of 12mm (per tube). The GCF5DS has a length of 83mm and a width of 27mm (total). If you measure the ZW5D12W across its entirety, then the width is 25mm (total). So 2mm longer and narrower is the ZW5D12W against the GCF5DS. For Germguardian units; this shouldn't be an issue as the bulb housing is a giant open socket that should accommodate either bulb. They are both G23 standard bases. I only took off 1 star because the bulbs I got from ALB were a bit dusty and had a "yellow film" on them. Looks like they've been sitting around a while so I had to clean off each individual bulb with some alcohol before use.
