I ordered this 60 days ago, it said in stock, so far they have charged my credit card in full but not shipped. It still says "in stock" but they cannot ship my order for 12. Finally got Visa to intervene for a refund.

I placed an order on March 30, 2021 it is now May 14, 2021 and I still have not received the bulbs. My credit card was charged on March 30. I have been calling them to get updates but they never call me to let me know when to expect the shipment. I am very disappointed with this company.

I bought this to replace the incandescent in my Maytag dryer. The original incandescent bulb appears to be 5 watts. This LED is rated at 1.8 watts but, unfortunately, it is significantly less bright than the original.

We ordered a 24 Volt Candelabra LED bulb and when we received the blubs we had gotten 120 Volt bulbs. Not sure where the ball was dropped.

I received the bulb in a timely manner. I didn't read the product description close enough though as this particular bulb is not for 120V which is clearly stated. But everything else was fine.

An awful smell comes off of these bulbs. I believe if might be a trace of ozone, however I don't really know what that smells like. This smells like a sour, chemical smell. The bulb is marked "ozone-free".
