This is a very high quality trampoline. We bought one ten years ago and my kids used it so much that when we moved we decided to buy another one. Amazing customer service!

We are enjoying our Springfree large oval trampoline. My 9 and 11 year old love it. It was easy to set up (after watching the videos). The white rods were difficult to put in place until we figured out the strong person should be under the trampoline and the person with the most dexterity should guide the rod, while standing on the perimeter. Then it was easy! We are using the trampoline every day!

Our trampoline arrived quickly. We were able to set it up in a few hours and the kids (and big kids!) have already enjoyed many days of fun. Good customer service too.

The website is slightly frustrating to navigate. Many circular links and the inability to change what is in your cart at the review stage is frustrating. Also, partially completing the checkout when it asks you to make an account, then having to start all over with typing in your information is redundant and frustrating. The chat feature also does not work on the website. I asked for assistance a few times and I wasn't able to get anyone to talk to me.

Great product, the installation process was lacking as we payed for installation and we couldn’t get a hold of them until 5 days later. Which we were told we would have to wait another week as they were swamped. My husband and I ended up installing the trampoline as my kids were every excited to use it. It took us about 3 hours in the dark lol

Easy to order online. Online chat was informative. Do not call the Calgary store. Both times I called the lady on the other end was rude and not helpful. The kids have had fun on the trampoline.

We have only had this set up for a week, but so far the kids LOVE IT and I can already tell the quality is far superior to the other trampolines we have had. I would highly recommend it, but would also say to read all the instructions. We watched the video on assembling the mat and it didn't say in the video to go by the pattern of attaching one by the colored dots and we struggled, but then saw the diagram online. We also had the netting inside out and had to take it all down and reassemble. It should only take 2 hours to assemble if you read the instructions and watch the videos! Lesson learned!

I was so pleased with the responses I received in the Chat. Quick and accurate. I cannot wait to get this trampoline. We have gone through two other trampolines and this is a big investment for us, but I'm hoping it pays off.

Still very pricey - but so far so good. Ordered the installation service, however it kept being delayed due to it being too cold for the installers to set up (around 0 degrees C). I would make sure that when you order it, if you want someone to set it up, that they are ok setting it up in the current season you are purchasing or hoping to have it set up. Otherwise you will never have a confirmed date. In the end, we cancelled this service and my husband did it by himself on a sunny -2 day in a few hours.

Would have liked to have been able to get the 0% financing over the phone as I am unable to drive to a store location due to a brain injury.

Not exactly sure how the rebate is applied I see you put down a few things that would have cost extra and marked them as 0 and then didn't charge for shipping but it didn't add up.
