We were going to buy spare parts for an older unit But after speaking to a springfree rep who provided some info regarding a special promotion that was going on We decided to get a new unit Date and time was arranged The unit was up before I got home from work Staff are very knowledgeable Techs who assembled the unit were awesome Thanx Springfree

A very nice and high quality trampoline! My 3 kids ages, 13, 11 and 9 fit on it and are really enjoying it. My only complaint is the lack of printed instructions for installation. We figured it out and I know you can look online, but that was a little inconvenient while setting up. A set of dismantling instructions (for winter or moving) would be great too!

Solid frame and construction and seems safer than alternative trampoline design. The flex step is a great accessory and "flexes" in case one falls onto the step. Comments re Assembly: Rod installation not as easy as demonstrated on video especially when starting off but gets easier as more rods in place. Sandbags included are too small to hold sufficient sand to weigh down trampoline and seem small and would likely be prone to coming off legs of frame. Video and included written instructions skip over installation of the top rod in safety net. Had to take down net to install the left over rod.

If 2 accessories are in the cart with a new trampoline order the Promo Code should, I think, automatically apply rather than needing to open a link to the "2 Free Accessories". Also regarding the anchors it is not clear/not mentioned in the specs whether these are high density plastic or metal and their ability to penetrate packed ground. Else very very user friendly site.

I wish the online drawings showed the extra clearance around the trampoline required by the poles / net, and for safety. A quick call to the local retailer answered the question quickly though. Delivery and installation was fast and easy. The two gentlemen doing the work were polite, and amazingly fast. Highly recommend having the experts put it together (you'll notice the only bad reviews here are people complaining about the setup). Bottom line - amazing trampoline. No comparison at all to big box store versions.

Non-stop jumping at our place since we got our spring free trampoline! Kids love it (and so do the adults). Great exercise and entertainment for the whole family. The installers were very fast and efficient. It is very sturdy yet surprisingly easy to move around so the grass beneath it doesn’t suffer. Great buy to keep the kids busy all summer long! Thanks Springfree!

Nice website. Nice sale price. Installers were super fast, efficient and answered all our questions. The trampoline is very sturdy and incredibly safe. Once zipped inside, there is no way to fall off and there are absolutely no springs to pinch or holes to slip through like the old style trampolines. For its size it is surprisingly easy to slide around the yard to give the grass beneath a break.

When our old trampoline broke we knew we had to replace it, my kids are on it daily; first thing in the morning in pjs, first thing after school, and all the time in the summer! I don’t know what we did without one!

Thank you for the quick install appointment. We were blown out by how quick and "easy" your installers did the work. We were lucky to have gotten a promotional discount on the install fees, which we took advantage of, because all we were reading online was just nightmares regarding how hard it is to do a DIY install at home. I highly recommend getting these experts to do it! Please...... ;)
