This is a fantastic trampoline! The quality and safety are excellent, and we look forward to many years of fun. We're glad we spent the extra money to get the larger trampoline. We set it up ourselves a few days ago, it took us about 4 hours with 2 of us working at it, overall it was fairly straightforward. Our only complaint was that the instructions and videos did glaze over some steps, which made us take a bit longer than expected (and we've assembled a lot of Ikea products over the years!)

Love it. Kids love it. But surprised that we were able to purchase it cheaper through Sears than directly from Springfree. Assembly directions were awesome. Customer service is fantastic.My only complaint is that the safety netting does not stay on well. It keeps coming off the tops of the supports. We recommend this product. Parents don't cheap out. Get a Springfree. It's safe for kids and grown ups can use it too.

We are very pleased with our SpringFree trampoline. The kids love it! I am an arthritic 57 year old and I can use the trampoline, much easier to do jumping jacks on a trampoline :)

Please be aware the online installation tool in not accurate I entered postal code for Burlington Ontario and it stated I was eligible for a $299 flat fee installation. I called to book an install and they stated it was $399. I suggest you call before you make your purchase. I opted not to go with the install.

We ordered the jumbo square trampoline for our kids who range in age from 12 to 4 years old, we where a little skeptical whetherIt would have the bounce we wanted cause it is rated for a heavier person than some of the other models but I'm here to tell you the jump is amazing, we get all the height we need and the jump is so soft, feels great. We where debating on getting the smaller version for that reason but I would encourage anybody that reads this and has the space in the back yard for a jumbo ,spend a little extra, it's all worth it.As far as setting up the tramp ,we installed it in about 3.5 hrs, my wife and I , read and follow instructions and it's very doable although you do need a fair bit of man power when hooking the fibresticks into the jumping pad. Great product , happy customer.

Great Instructions and online videos. A little trouble getting the net on the right way but once we figured it out it went on very easy.

Very bouncy. Appears to use good strong quality parts. Was nervous to test the safety net but works wonderfully. Needed a little push from oustide to get back in though. I'm close to 190lbs. Might need a technique for that.Totally satisfied for sale price I paid. Regular price is bit too steep.Install was harder than videos showed but I think that was partly because the ground was uneven.Two of us installed in few hours.Pulling up net was hard but as long as you can get just a bit of it to hold onto the mat corner the rest goes easy.

Love the Spring free Trampoline but lost of work setting up so once set up not recommended taking it apart !!

AMAZING....overall fun and performance. We purchased the tramp for OT purposes though have enjoyed hours of overall fun fun fun for all of our children. We have had some sag in our mat (?!?) And the only safety issue is the gap between the net and the mat......little (and big) feet can slip thru......all other features have lived up to their expected and even surpassed their expectations! Our girls from 10 to 17 love your trampoline:)

I contacted Springfree by email to request a new buckle that was broken on the cover that we had just bought for our jumbo square trampoline. All I wanted was a new buckle, but they sent us a whole new cover! All they asked for in return was a photo of the broken buckle. On top of that the customer service was fast and friendly. Great stuff and a refreshing change.Thank you Springfree!

The package says it takes 2 people 2 hours to set up but I did it alone in 2 and a half hours. The flex rods take a lot of strength to set but once all done, it's the most fun I have ever had and I have been jumping on trampolines daily for years! As I use my trampoline late at night for running and cardio, I needed one with a great bounce, a net that actually catches me and a trampoline without noisy springs. I found it all in my Jumbo Square!
