I do feel a little more comfortable but for my problem they might not be the miracle I wanted. I have spinal stenosis so it might be permanent pain.

The people at Protalus are very easy to talk to.. The insoles didn't work out for me, when I called the get instructions on how to return them, there was no hassle..an about a week I had the refund. This is a good place to shop..

The orthotic is comfortable for walking and a short run. It has not helped the neuroma on my left foot, about 40 minutes into my run I can feel the pain in the ball of my left foot.

3.5 if using for running but will reach out to see if there is a better suited orthotic. 5 if using for everyday.

These insoles are comfortable inside my Kenetrek hiking boots. For my feet the back of insoles are slightly high.

Earlier I requested information and the reply was prompt. The order was easily placed. Hopefully the M100 insoles perform as well as the web site. One suggestion- (( Having personal reviews specific to a product would be helpful)).
