Both feet feel good using these insoles; so does ankle & knee. Gave them 4 rather than 5 stars since I would like to re-eval after 2 or 3 months.

I emailed 2 questions to Customer Service. Received answers w/in 24 hrs from Drew who included a recommendation for which Protalus insole would be beneficial for me.

I received the product in a very short time. I was hoping the product was going to be more comfortable than what it was. I broke in the insoles like they stated to. Very uncomfortable.

I'm on my feet most of the day & this product helps my feet. I don't like the fact they make my favorite shoes too tight. I'll have to use a different product for those shoes.

My feet feel more stable in my shoes. I think they have helped lessen my neuropathy foot pain as well. So far I don't regret buying them.

I feel like my feet are more stable in my shoes and I believe they've helped reduce my neuropathy foot pain. I'm happy with my purchase and see myself buying another pair. I just wish they were half the price.

I bought enough for all my shoes after trying one pair. I recently had plantar fasciitis surgery and wanted something to prevent further incidents and make my feet feel better while walking on concrete in steel toe footwear for 10 hours a day. They are so great I got them for my sneakers and hiking boots too! Definitely recommend.

The protalus insert is working for me. I have a birth defect that affects my entire spine and wearing shoes can be very hard. But these slip in my shoes and help give me the support I need

Couldn't get the insert to fit inside my shoe. The front of my shoes are to pointed for the insert.

Customer Service was excellent. I had to return the item because it exacerbated my diabetic neuropathy in my feet and could not tolerate wearing them and they took up a lot of my shoe to the point I had a hard time getting my foot in my shoe. They sent a size 8 insole and I wear 9 wide and it took up the entire shoe.

It was great they offered a payment plan but I was not able to use them so the payment plan was canceled. Customer Service was excellent.

My daughter is a veterinarian and is on her feet for 12-14 hours, or more, a day. She loves these insoles and says her legs feel a lot less tired.

I followed the directions as far as sizing goes, but when I put in shoe it was big. Then, my foot didn’t want to go into it until I spread out the shoe laces a lot. It made me look like I had huge fat feet, when they are actually narrow and slender. Kind of weird. But, after I wore them for a few days my feet did feel better.

So far they make my feet feel better. I wish they were a bit more narrow. They are fairly expensive compared to others that work about the same but I won't mention names.

They make my heels too high in my sneakers. Don’t fit I well in any of my sneakers. Take up too much space. My feet are large not necessarily Protalus issue. Just not good for me.
