Plantar fasciitis and achilles tendonitis combined with bone spurs on both heels or making me miserable I've been using these for less than 2 months I used to use a ball massage three to four times a day now it's once a day and a lot lighter and a lot less painful first two weeks were difficult to get used to but my feet haven't felt this good in a long time I don't know how many other Orthotics I used probably at least a dozen including heel cups that moved around these stay put and they work thank you

The last couple years the distance I could walk has been shrinking dramatically now there's hope, these are difficult to get used to,it took about 3 wks, but well worth it walking again is my key to life I still need specific support with my shoes but that alone was not enough these seem to be my best option as all others failed

Haven't noticed "earth shattering" changes, but they were usable and comfortable right out of the box. As a frequent buyer of inserts for athletic shoes, I was impressed with construction and materials. It seemed like a very well-done product. Have used them in running shoes for treadmill workouts and 5K races in the first few weeks. I guess best thing I can say is that I haven't noticed them... meaning they are not a problem for comfort or fit over 30 to 45 minute workouts. Shoes feel great, and I do not have any lingering knee or other joint soreness issues. Not sure of the insert is responsible, but it is definitely not a limiting factor. I bought 2 pair from Protalus under a sale promotion which brought the inserts into line with other high end insoles. I would definitely buy them again at this price. Not sure the stand alone premium of $30 to $40 per single pair is worth it, but when bundled, the cost becomes much more reasonable and the results are as good as any I have had. And as a further comparison, I suppose it's fair to say the stand alone cost is still well below the hundreds that you can be charged for custom orthotics.

These inserts are the very best ever for my husband's neuropathy of the feet. Already purchased 2 pair and fixing to purchase another pair to keep from having to switch out from shoe pair to shoe pair!!! Thank you beyond belief!

These shoe inserts are tops for anyone with neuropathy of the feet. I was doubtful that anything would relieve the pain my husband has with his feet, however, these are so good we have purchased multiples!!

I ordered these on instructions from an orthopedic doctor. Had them a month and have not noticed any relief as yet. Will keep them for another month (per Protalus guidelines) and see if I get any change.

You should define a choice for "court shoes" since you distinguish between running shoes, etc. I was uncertain and had to choose between T100 and M100. I chose the M100 and hope it was the correct one.
