Everything has been as represented. I have 4 little Pomeranians and retraining them to the Porch Potty is taking a lot of work...and we aren't there yet. So I bought the real grass...and they are using it even less. I think it is a great product if you start from puppy-hood. I just don't have the patience to train 4 older dogs.

This is our 2nd porch potty. We have had our original for about 3 yrs. Living in the south, the sun takes a toll on it. We have had to tweak our cleaning routine. Because it gets so hot & humid here, we were having trouble with residual odors - even using the water rinse & the enzymes. We finally started using the purple packets for odor control that is used for portable toilets. We tried other packets until we found one that works. We are in a garden community & needed efficient odor control.We are happy & so are our neighbors.
