The turf is to expensive. I would buy more often if the replacements were not so expensive, but because of the price, I stretch the time between buys to the max.

The tax was a surprise. All UK companies include VAT (value added tax) as standard and state 'excl. VAT' if the price does not include tax. Looks like the best product on the market though - looking forward to receiving it!

I still would like the hose even though I can't use the sprinklers. I will be using this in a 3rd flr balcony. I don't want to have to lift up the pet porch everyday to empty the basin.

I enjoy your products. However, $60 for a 4x2 piece of artificial turf and $30 shipping is ridiculous. Also, your 5% off codes sent by email never work.

I love the porch potty product. Both dogs use it without any problems. It's the best on the market. The little pan to catch drippings liquid is a bit spendy. I got it and my husband bought an oil pan for half the cost. I haven't used it anyway as we have the hose set up for the porch potty that comes with the large and it works really well. all in all, a great product that as I said, "the best you can buy".
