I placed an order on Sunday afternoon. I needed more parts, so I left my information in chat to try to combine shipping. I called Monday morning for the same reason, but the order, (for a plug that could be mailed for $0.40 had already sent out for $ 5.95 shipping and I had to pay another $5.95 for shipping the parts purchased Monday morning.

I liked the prices and products but after i ordered i found out it was going to take two weeks to even have my parts shipped. This wasn't mentioned when I was buying the products. I honestly expected to have my parts shipped within a couple days since they were supposed to be in stock. I am very disappointed with this and wont be using this site again.

Total ridiculous.. I ordered something over the weekend. Then I realized I had a leak in my filter and needed an o ring.. I found it on your web site.. I tried emailing to add this to my order.. Found out I can not now I have to order by itself and the shipping cost more than the item. I ordered a 340 dollar pool light kit and could not add this item.. I will think twice now to order from your company again.

The parts are not what I ordered or what is says on the box that the parts came in.
The threaded part is 1-1/2" not 1-1/4" which is what is on the box and what I ordered.
Also the external dimension is not to spec. It should slip inside a 3" pipe but rather it is the same diameter as the three inch pipe.

never received item ordered. called and talk to Amanda wanted me to do follow up with shipping co. on way i didn't receive item. Asked to speak to supervisor and was told I would get a call back. Been waiting now for over 3 weeks. Having been in the retail bussiness thought your customer service sucks.
