deck drain couplers dont say how many come in package. customer service is closed cant ask?

never expected it to take over 3 weeks for my chemicals to arrive. ordered them today and then got a message informing me that the order would not be filled for aprox 3 weeks. If I had known that prior to ordering, there never would have been an order. We will wait and see what happens and try to find some chemical so that I can test my water now. Not real happy.

Your system twice rejected a perfectly good VISA credit card. I called the card and they informed me that the transaction never hit them. It forced me to use a personal card for a business transaction

I was told these item could be installed under water. The ends keep turning up I've tried to hold them down with rocks. However when I take the rock off the items peel up

Everything was good until I tried to use PayPal. Your website said it was declined by PayPal. I called them and they said wasn't a problem on their end. I change browser and still the same problem.

It's difficult to change shipping address and billing address if they are different

Well when I order the product it said you had 1 available but looks like you ordered thru the manufacturer that took longer than I expected to receive my order. Just wasn't satisfied with time it took to get the order.

Your search engine is way to complicated and needs to be easier instead of just showing products a description sure would be a help. I got tired of the pictures and did not find everything I came to buy

Your site is slow to update when "Continue" and "Checkout" tabs are selected without any indication that the commands were accepted. A lot of down time waiting for the pages to update, not knowing whether to click the command tabs a 2nd, 3rd, 4th times to get to the desired page. Other than that, the prices and item selections seem appropriate.

POOLWEB as a company has treated me badly, despite clearly being in the wrong with my transaction. They do not appear to care about their customers and fail to be accountable for any mistake on their part, even if it is at the expense of their customers. This is my honest and unbiased feedback.

I searched the web for a replacement filter for my pool and I found what I wanted on their site. My pool filtration canister was listed and there was an accurate photo of the filter I needed. When the filter arrived, it was 1/3 of the height it should have been at about 10" tall, when the filter I needed and the filter advertised was 30" tall. I immediately reviewed the web page where I made the purchase and in the description it actually did say "9-7/8 inch high" at the bottom of the small print description, but I honestly thought that was a typo since the MAIN product description clearly listed my filtration unit (TXC75) and showed an ACTUAL photo of the 30" high filter cartridge that was consistent with what I needed to purchase. So the item I was purchasing matched 2 of the 3 factors which led me to believe it was the correct item, but it wasn't. Furthermore, it is not even a "Pentair genuine replacement cartridge element" as stated on the website.

With it being the completely wrong product, I processed a return on their website and they provided a shipping label - which in the e-mail states that they are going to deduct $10.60 from my total refund amount (17.5% of the cost of the product). I called them and calmly explained the situation, but despite their displaying the incorrect photo of the item, and not being a genuine Pentair product as stated (Unicell Product), they refused to fully reimburse me for my refund. I guess they never heard that a picture is worth a thousand words. As an online sales business, they should know that their customers rely on photos as a big part of making purchases, and this should go without saying.

I do not recommend purchasing from POOLWEB as they refuse to accept any responsibility and place the blame fully on the customer, even if the mistake is on them. Their website is plastered with slick terms like "This item is backed by a one year Poolweb Guarantee" and "Hassle Free Returns", but in my experience, it's just not true...

I ordered a part that ended up being wrong for my pool (my fault, not theirs; I take responsibility for this error.) However, when I went to return the part, I was told that I had to pay for return postage PLUS pay a 25% processing fee because the part isn't kept in their warehouse! First off, there are 534 of these parts available on their website, so it's not an unusual part. Secondly, how does a consumer know that a part isn't in the warehouse and will be subject to a 25% processing fee, if returned? Yes, I read their return policy before ordering, but my part (a simple drain cover) was so common, and there was no indication that it wasn't kept in the warehouse. I got nowhere with customer service. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but was told I had to leave a message. I left a message, but never received a call back. I even emailed the president, Andrew Worchester. He was kind enough to send a thank you email when I ordered, stating that he valued the opportunity to earn my business. He never responded, either. Really disappointed in this company, and won't be using them in the future.

Ordered 2 pool hoses . Website indicated they were in stock . After about 3 weeks of waiting without a tracking number. I called customer service. They said they were not in there local warehouse and had to be shipped from elsewhere, gave me a new shipment date of another 2 weeks down the road . I asked the women if I could just cancel my order and I would source the hoses locally because I didn't want to wait another 2 weeks, she said no . When asked why she explained that because I ordered 3 weeks ago it was to late to cancel the order. Too late to cancel?? How about too long of a wait to ship ?? If you want to wait 5 weeks for an order to be shipped please use this place . But I will never recommend this place

Paid the extra $39.55 for 2nd day delivery yet the item was shipped ground and did not arrive in time for it's intended purpose.

Still waiting for my order was to be shipped on or before 4-16 have not received any communication from this company order#so175635
