It is impossible to make the shipping address different from the billing address which means, for a management company the equipment is shipped to the management office instead of to the location of the pool. I couldn't get it to allow 2 different addresses because changing one kept changing the other. After 10 minutes (with my first order and then this, the second order) I just gave up and the equipment is sent to my office instead of the location of the pool.

web could be easier and when talking to someone first before ordering they didn't have the experience that should have been needed.
The gasket I ordered was not the OEM gasket and did not fit properly and could not be used. . I'm sure this is why it was less expensive than the original replacement. You did not show the OEM gasket at all, just your replacement. I'm sure everyone would have the same issue with this gasket.

Return policy is pretty strict Consumer must pay for return shipping and incur a 25% restocking fee. Even though I paid for two day shipping to me it was not worth the money to return my item with these deductions. That would be my only complaint the rest of the service was great. I will buy from them again

I could have got it cheaper from my local supplier but they said they had to get it from the manufacture and would take two weeks. But you were out of stock as well and took two weeks to get. Next time I'll have to call, if there is a next time.
