I got a 9k unit of Amazon prev. It works great. I figured I'd get a bigger unit for another place, it was shipped truck freight, came broken... twice. When I finally got all the pieces, the indoor unit's swing function doesn't work.

I will not give a 5 star until the product has been in service for a long while. That said, all indications are that this is a really good value.

So far so good. I installed myself using torque wrenches and the optional charge kit. It is a very quiet unit inside and out.

Very easy ordering process, I called in and they answered a few questions I had and then I completed my order online. Very smooth process. The items were received and the installation was easy, I had a few simple questions that I had to call support for to confirm the hose connections and they promptly answered my questions.
