Unit worked awesome. Pioneer forgot to send some of the things in the 50 foot kit, I called them and they immediately addressed it and got the missing pieces to me. Great customer service!

Stubbed pieces arent very long going through wall. A challenge for homes with a thicker wall.

Installation from the back is somewhat difficult. Looks and heats well.

Ordered online. Received the parts in good condition, but the outdoor mounting bracket was missing. Called to request a quick replacement which was promised within 2 days. When it did not arrive, I called and it had not even been shipped. There seemed to be no sense of urgency to replace the missing bracket, so I had to build my own mounting bracket to be ready for the scheduled installation. I like the system and how it operates.
