Easy online order process. The delivery co.though delivered a 2nd bx w/ the hoses & sml parts for the unit & the bx was sitting on my porch open on both ends. All pieces were there though.

Unit performs great and is very quiet. One install note of caution, the lines coming out of unit barely reach through a thick exterior wall which make them difficult to hook up to the copper lines.

So far has been great. Order placed. Order received in about 3 weeks. The palate used to ship the products was entirely inadequate. Somewhere during transit the palate disintegrated and was re-palitized by the shipper. All products were undamaged and work great.

Indoor unit is quiet and very efficient. We set it at 70 degrees and left for the night. When we came in the next morning, the office was much colder than we had expected.

Ordered online. Received the parts in good condition, but the outdoor mounting bracket was missing. Called to request a quick replacement which was promised within 2 days. When it did not arrive, I called and it had not even been shipped. There seemed to be no sense of urgency to replace the missing bracket, so I had to build my own mounting bracket to be ready for the scheduled installation. I like the system and how it operates.
