I installed this following all instruction and it was very easy and fast. After the install I thought I had done something wrong as the outside unit is so quiet I could only tell it was running by seeing the fan turning. Very happy with the product and it cools down my shop very fast.

Received the package as scheduled, my only complaint is that it arrived with shipping damage to the top of the housing. I reported the damage and was assured it would be OK. I was told in the reply that a new top cover would be sent. It has been several weeks and have not received the replacement.
