Although I believe that the price compared to the newer 9000BTU 230V was over what it should be the unit does a great job

Very easy to order online. Just had to get some info from our installer as to size of units to get, but otherwise it was easy to select and order. Prompt and complete delivery info from seller, and the actual delivery was very prompt and professional.

This is my second purchase of the same A/C type. I installed the first unit a month ago and this unit was installed a couple of days ago. Both units are working superbly in cooling as well heating. Of course the real test is the test of time and that is yet to be known. So far, I am impressed with the cooling/heating performance as well as the ease of and clarity of the installation instructions process. Ordering and delivery of the units was especially prompt and easy.

I bought this unit to add a mini-split to our guest bedroom. We already had a 3 unit system. I paid locally to have the unit installed for $300.00 Pretty great deal for less than a thousand dollars installed.

Need to trouble shoot was working but now doesn’t feel like it is blowing at all. No sir movement coming from inside unit.

Like I said it was working and now it is not cannot fill any air coming out of the inside unit it says it is on says it is heating or cooling but not blowing any air I need to talk to the customer service representative to help me troubleshoot that I can understand on the phone

A friend of mind bought the same product and installed it and both the heat and air work great. No problem with the installation. My arrived fine but I have not installed it yet.

Always enjoy installing Pioneer Mini Splits! This one went in without a hitch! Did have one question and called into the help desk and they answered it very quickly!! This was our second mini split that we have installed in one of our Tiny Houses and we LOVE IT!!! It’s the best packaged Mini Split on the market!! It is quiet, low amperage, low cost, great value, free and fast shipping. I could go on and on!! We will be buying 3 more shortly for my dads house!! Just fyi, we installed a 9,000 BTU (240v) in our 24x8 tiny house with a loft! It cools very nicely!

LOVE our mini split!! Hopefully you can one day offer the pre-filled lines with quick connects!! that way you wouldn't need a vacuum to hook it up! Just a thought for the future!
