We have an older summer home that only has radiant heat, no duct work for a force air unit. Came across the mini-split system and purchased primarily for cooling the house in the summer. We have a main floor with a living room, dining room and kitchen. Then a lower level family room. Felt a 24k unit would be able to handle the first floor and lower level if installed in the right location for air floor. First three humid 90 degrees’ days in the Midwest and it worked like a champ. Indoor and outdoor unit very quiet! Very happy I took the step. I am not a HVAC guy and installed it myself. Took my time and did my homework using the right tools. Short cuts lead to trouble. Works great and highly recommend. Shipping no issues.

This is the 4th pioneer I have purchased from PioneerMiniSplit and all have been perfect. This unit is being used to heat and cool a 30x50 metal building with 1 if closed cell spray foam. In the heat of the summer it is under insulated but still keeps the building under 80 degrees and very dry. I understand this is because of simply the unit being undersized, and plan to save to add a second unit. This past winter the heat performed excellent as well. Very very happy with this model and its reliability so far. My oldest pioneer is 5 years old, its a 3/4 ton used to condition my single car garage attached to my home. Still running strong. I completed the installation myself on all and had a relative who is an hvac tech come check behind me and vacuume the system. Do not hesitate to purchase from Parker Davis hvac!

I installed this unit in the loft on a three car garage, it's 90 outside, I set the temperature at 72 and it was too cold, set it to 74 and now very comfortable and keeping the humidity right at 50. This was my first install with a spilt system, the instructions were very clear for the DIY guy.

Bought this unit to have a more efficient system in a older home that had no access. House is drier and more comfortable. Heats and cools 1000+ sq feet well. Very energy friendly according to my electric bill.

Bought this last week and it came in about 3 days later. I was short the leak sealer so I called and it was shipped right out. It took me three days to completely install the system because I had never done anything like this. I spent about 300.00 in tools and supplies. I turned it on and who would have thunk it? It worked!!!!! Still jumping up and down thinking of the thousands I have saved. I am going to order a three ton system next week for our Church. Sure hope I can have the same luck with it.

Just installed a 3/4-ton, a 1-ton, and 2-ton unit. All (3) are working great. I had (6) HVAC dealers and their service techs tell me that the mini splits would not do the job. Wrong ! I am well satisfied with the ease of installation, appearance, quality, and performance. You will need an adapter (5/16 FPT to 1/4 male tubing thread), also sold by Parker Davis, for pulling your vacuum. Wiring details are provided, but refer to the schematic on the air handler and condenser to ensure you are wiring the units correctly. I plan to buy at least (3) more units to complete my 1944 home renovation project. Also I called Parker Davis and requested to speak with the parts department personnel, just to make sure replacement parts are available, when and if needed. They returned my phone call promptly and answered all my questions. They reassured me customer satisfaction is one of their core values.
