It’s a game changer. It feels like we have central air!!!!!! I have installed these in two houses I’ve lived in. They’re so quiet and my electric bill actually went down $20 a month! Can’t say enough about these mini splits

Everything was great except the shipper you guys used. They scheduled a day with me over the phone like two weeks out, after I waited around all day they never showed up. I called them and the women said, "oh yea sorry the driver forgot to load it on his truck', they didn't offer to send it next day or any thing even though they messed up. They told delivered I would get it next week. Well, next week came around and, again, I sat around waiting for it to be delivered on my new scheduled day .....and again nothing. The shipping company said they didn't even see it when I clled again o ask where it was.... she then said sorry we will ship it out tomorrow. Once is annoying but 3 different delivery days is inexcusable. I burned up two days of vacation on them.

Good website. Easy to use and navigate. Easy to use HVAC calculator. It took two weeks to get the order pulled and on a truck. This seems a little long for an order that was in stock. Shipping was fast. Install was as expected and the unit performs better then expected.

This product allows me to work in my shop when temps are over 100 degrees. Install was simple, lineset was pretty stiff but all else was straight forward. I would highly recommend this product.

We had our first 100 degree weather of the season and the pioneer 24,000 btu unit out performed all expectations. No more crawling up on the roof and servicing the evaporative cooler for me. Also I would like to say that shipping was fast and it also was easy to install myself. Thanks Pioneer

I got the 24,000 btu, 20.5 seer for my 980 sq ft house. It is probably overkill. While you cannot expect the cold to get to the furthest bedrooms without some fans to move air around, it pretty much makes the house wonderful even when it is 92 and muggy outside (and I have a big living room window that faces southwest). The machine is hauntingly quiet. It is almost magical how much cold comes out of it how fast with no perceptible hubbub. We love it. Note that many HVAC people will refuse to install a machine you buy direct, but I found a guy who did the electricity and all for $900. That's a lot, but I live in CT where everything is expensive. I had bids that ranged up to $10,000, so you need to shop around.
